The Lalavuga Coastal Reserve close to George is situated in the Garden Route and comprises a slopy densely vegetated 58ha divided into 16 stands. A number of houses have already been built-in the reserve.

This stand is just more than 3000m2 in size; you will be allowed to build 3 homes on this stand. Building rules are fairly flexible, allowing owners to pursue their own style and preference when building. A tendency at the estate is that owners go off the grid: focussing on solar energy and harvesting of rain water.

Pets are allowed, limited to two dogs and two cats.
